Bugshit

We have a work-order ticket system at work called Bugzilla, but I prefer to call it Bugshit or Bugshilla.

It’s used to submit troubleshooting or work order tickets to our support webmasters. However, I don’t like the system very much. Why? Because it asks a dozen or so Yes/No questions before determining the type of ticket that you should be using.

After using this system for 2 weeks, I am honestly sick of the Questions. Depending on what questions you say Yes or No to, you could easily end up with 8 questions minimum.

I’m at the point where they should start asking me questions like this:

Are you done yet? Y/N

Are you mad yet? Y/N

Do you feel like tossing the computer out the window? Y/N

Do you feel like shooting yourself in the head? Y/N

Do you want to write out your ticket yet? Y/N

YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!YES!
